An evening under the oaks with a seasonal, locally sourced dinner, live music, and a silent auction. Every ticket includes dinner and one beverage — beer, wine, or a non-alcoholic option.

Real Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, vinted & bottled in Sonoma County by Jo's Dad (Ashley's Class). The fruit, glass, corks, labels, and cellar were all donated — so every dollar goes straight to VCS. This is also the wine poured at dinner as your one included beverage. Bottles bought here are picked up at the event. Need cases shipped, or bottles for locals who can't make the dinner? Order from the Schoolhouse Reserve store.

Donate an item — with or without a ticket

Contribute to the Silent Auction

Use this form if you're donating an auction item but not purchasing a ticket here (a donation doesn't include event admission — seats are purchased above). Don't worry about getting this perfect. Just tell us roughly what you're donating — a member of our team will follow up by email or phone to capture the finer details, collect any artwork, photos, or description we need for the bid sheet, and coordinate getting the item to the auction table. That's why we ask for a phone number as well as an email.

Drop-off: auction items can be dropped off in the school office or handed to any PA member. Please have all auction items in by Friday, September 11th.
